How do I pay for my order using a credit\debit card?

We take fraud very seriously, so all credit and debit card holders are subject to verification and authorization by us and the card issuer. Depending on your card issuer, you may be required to enter a password or receive a security code via email or phone, or your card issuer may require additional interaction from you, such as fingerprint, two-factor authentication, or similar methods based on authentication factors. My credit\debit card payment was declined, what should I do?

• Place your order again: If your payment was declined, you will need to place a new order. We cannot reinstate an order after a payment has been declined.
• Make the relevant checks: To make sure your order is not declined when you place a new order, we recommend that you check the following: 1. Check your card details to make sure the information is correct, such as the expiry date. 2. Make sure you enter the security code correctly - this is the three digit number on the back of your card.
• Your card issuer may have declined your payment - as they don't tell us why, it's best to check with them or contact your bank.
• If you have checked all of the above, try paying with another card or another payment method.
